Scope: slot hoods over process baths, balanced PP duct network, two-stage packed scrubber with caustic dosing, corrosion-proof centrifugal fan and stack.
Result: acid mist captured at source, verified capture velocities at every bath and stack values within permit on commissioning day. This package — turnkey extraction — is our most repeated project type.
Scope: covered-channel extraction, bio-trickling tower for H₂S, activated-carbon polishing stage, low-noise fan for a residential-adjacent site.
Result: continuous unmanned operation with media inspection twice a year — the combination of towers and carbon handles load swings without operator attention.
Scope: dry filter pre-treatment, carbon adsorption beds with catalytic desorption unit, PLC control with English HMI.
Result: solvent destroyed on site instead of hauled away as saturated carbon — running cost dominated by fan power alone. See VOC abatement systems.
Scope: complete pickling and rinsing tank line in 12–15 mm PP-H with weirs, titanium coils, covers and push-pull lips; delivered nested in containers with numbered assembly plan.
Result: old steel-rubber tanks replaced bath-by-bath over weekends — production never stopped. See PP tanks.
