Buying From Us, In Plain Terms
Do you sell to my country, and who handles shipping?
We export worldwide on EXW, FOB or CIF terms. We produce export-grade packing, book space with your forwarder or ours, and hand over the full document set. Oversize scrubbers ship in sections with numbered joints for site assembly.
Can you build to my drawings or match an existing unit?
Yes — most of our output is custom. Send DWG/PDF drawings, photos of an existing unit, or just your airflow and chemical list, and our engineers will produce a proposal drawing for your approval before fabrication.
What is the minimum order? Do you supply spare parts only?
Single units are welcome — one scrubber, one tank, or one pallet of PP sheet. We also supply packing media, nozzles, demisters, fan impellers and other spares for systems we did not build.
How do I know the quality before it ships?
Every vessel is water-fill tested and every scrubber spray-tested at the factory. You receive test videos, photos and a dimensional report before balance payment, and third-party inspection (SGS/BV) is welcome.
