The Factory Behind the Equipment
Jinan Jinhaofeng Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. ("JHF Environmental") was founded in 2017 in Jinan, Shandong — China's heartland for plastic fabrication and environmental equipment. We grew in an unusual direction: instead of buying sheet and welding it like most workshops, we invested in our own PP extrusion lines first, then built the fabrication and engineering business on top of material we control.
Today that vertical integration — granules → sheet → welded equipment → engineered systems — is the reason buyers on every continent can get European-style build quality at a Chinese source-factory price, from one accountable partner.
What Happens Under Our Roof
PP-H, PP-B and specialty grades from virgin granules, 2–30 mm — the material basis for everything we weld and a product line in its own right.
Sheet is CNC-cut and edge-prepped, so parts fit before the welder ever strikes — the quiet secret of straight tanks and tight towers.
Extrusion and hot-gas welding by trained, certified welders; structural seams double-run; spark testing on containment-critical work.
In-house engineers size scrubbers, balance duct networks and produce English drawings, manuals and commissioning reports for export projects.
Three Gates Between an Order and a Container
- Gate 1 — Material. Granule batches inspected on arrival; extruded sheet checked for thickness tolerance and weldability before release to fabrication. Certificates retained per order.
- Gate 2 — Fabrication. Dimensional checks against the approval drawing at fit-up; weld inspection during, not after, fabrication so faults are caught while they're still cheap to fix.
- Gate 3 — Final test. Tanks water-filled for 24 hours; scrubbers spray-tested with pumps running; fans balanced and run under power. You receive videos, photos and the dimensional report before balance payment — and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is always welcome.
How we work with overseas buyers
English-speaking sales engineers handle your project from first email to commissioning — the person who quotes is the person who answers when the container arrives. Payment terms are conventional (T/T with balance against test evidence; L/C for larger projects), Incoterms EXW/FOB/CIF as you prefer, and drawings you send are treated as confidential and are not shared or reused.

Fly into Jinan (TNA) — we collect you, you see production and leave with samples. Buyers combine it with Canton Fair trips regularly.
