JHF extrudes PP-H, PP-B and specialty polypropylene sheet from virgin granules on our own lines in Jinan — which means traceable resin, flat sheet that welds cleanly, and manufacturer pricing for fabricators, distributors and plant maintenance teams.
Matching welding rod is drawn from the same resin batch philosophy, so your welds age like the parent material — not faster.

Notes for Distributors and Fabricators
- Manufacturer, not re-seller. Your container loads directly under our extrusion lines. Ask for the loading video — you will see your labels going on.
- Weldability is the real spec. Virgin resin and controlled cooling mean sheets stay flat under the welding gun and rod fuses without contamination lines. Request free sample offcuts and test-weld before committing.
- Mixed containers welcome. Combine thicknesses, grades, rod and even fittings or valves in one 20' or 40' — useful for distributors building a range.
- Private label available. Neutral or your-brand film printing and pallet cards on volume programs.

Sheet Supply Questions
What is the minimum order and lead time?
One pallet for stock thickness/colors, shipping within about a week; full containers of standard grades typically produce and load within 2–3 weeks depending on the mix.
Can I get samples before ordering a container?
Yes — A4-size samples of the grades you shortlist go out by courier, free for serious inquiries; we can also weld a demo joint and send the piece.
Is your sheet 100% virgin material?
Standard program is virgin granules with material certificate. If your application tolerates it, we can quote an economy line separately and it is always labeled as such — we never mix silently.
Do you match DIN 16972 / EN standards documentation?
We supply datasheets with mechanical and thermal values mapped against common DIN/EN reference properties so your engineers can compare directly with European sheet.
