PP Tanks, Plating Tanks & Chemical Storage
Tanks are where corner-cutting shows first — thin walls bulge, bought-in sheet delaminates, bad welds weep acid. JHF builds process and storage tanks from PP-H sheet extruded on our own lines, CNC-cut, extrusion-welded by certified welders, reinforced to calculation and water-fill tested for 24 hours before packing.

Why Source-Factory Tanks Last Longer
- Material you can trace. The sheet comes off our extrusion line the week your tank is welded — virgin granules, consistent thickness, no regrind surprises. A material certificate accompanies each order.
- Static calculation, not habit. Wall thickness and rib spacing are calculated from liquid density, height and temperature. You receive the calculation with the drawing — useful for your own engineer's sign-off.
- Welds that hold acid for years. Certified welders, double-run extrusion seams on structural joints, spark testing available on containment-critical tanks.
- Process detail is included, not extra. Weir geometry, coil routing, sparger drilling and nozzle standards (DIN or ANSI flanges) are confirmed on the approval drawing before we cut sheet.
- Sensible logistics. Tank sets nest inside each other where possible; large tanks ship panelized with weld-on-site service or detailed jointing instructions.

FAQ
Tank Questions
Can you copy my existing tank?
Yes — send photos with a tape measure in frame, or a simple sketch with dimensions. We redraw it for your approval, flag any weak points we see in the original, and quote both "as-is copy" and "improved" versions.
What about very large tanks that don't fit a container?
Above container dimensions we ship panelized: pre-welded floor and wall sections with numbered joints, plus welding rod and instructions. Your local plastic welder — or our flying team — completes the seams on site.
PP, PPH or PVDF — how do I choose?
PP-H covers most plating and storage chemistry to 60–80 °C. High-purity PPH is for electronics-grade cleanliness. PVDF earns its price with HF, hot concentrated acids and oxidizers. Tell us the chemistry and temperature and we will specify — including when cheaper PP is honestly enough.
Do you install heating coils and controls?
We mount titanium, PTFE or PP heat exchangers, thermowells and level switches in the factory, pressure-test the coil circuit, and leave clearly labeled tails for your electrician.
