Single-Stage Vertical Tower
The workhorse for one dominant pollutant — pickling, plating and lab exhaust. Smallest footprint per m³/h.
JHF wet scrubbers strip acid and alkali fumes — HCl, H₂SO₄, HNO₃, HF, NaOH, chrome mist — out of process exhaust using packed-bed absorption in a corrosion-proof polypropylene body. We are the factory: we extrude the PP sheet, weld the tower, build the recirculation skid and spray-test the finished unit before it ships.
Every scrubber is sized from your actual airflow and pollutant load, not picked from a brochure. You receive the sizing basis, GA drawing and test video as part of the order.

| Airflow range | 1,000 – 120,000 m³/h per tower (custom-sized to your duty) |
| Removal efficiency | ≥ 95–99% for HCl, H₂SO₄, HNO₃, NaOH, chromic acid mist — depending on inlet load, stages and packing depth; sizing basis provided with each proposal |
| Configurations | Vertical counter-flow tower · horizontal cross-flow scrubber · single / two / three-stage · acid-alkali neutralizing (dual-liquor) design |
| Body material | PP-H sheet 8–15 mm (extruded in-house); PPH high-purity or PVDF lining for HF and elevated temperature; external FRP reinforcement for large diameters |
| Packing | PP Pall rings, multi-face hollow balls or Intalox saddles; 1–3 beds, 800–1,500 mm per bed, with liquid redistributors |
| Spray system | PP spiral or full-cone nozzles, 2–4 headers, non-clog design; PP/CPVC piping |
| Demister | Baffle-plate or mesh-pad mist eliminator, washable, droplet carry-over < 75 mg/m³ |
| Recirculation system | Integrated or separate PP tank, vertical/magnetic corrosion-proof pump, level and pH instrumentation, dosing port for NaOH / acid make-up |
| Pressure drop | 300 – 800 Pa typical across packed sections |
| Gas temperature | ≤ 60 °C continuous for PP (80 °C peak); pre-quench section or PVDF construction for hotter streams |
| Options | Fan + stack package, access platform & ladder, activated-carbon polishing stage, PLC control panel, differential pressure gauges, sectional shipping design |
Values above are typical envelopes, confirmed per project in the sizing sheet you receive with the quotation.

The workhorse for one dominant pollutant — pickling, plating and lab exhaust. Smallest footprint per m³/h.

Two independent liquor loops in one shell — e.g. water quench + caustic stage, or acid stage + polishing.

For high inlet loads or strict stack limits; staged absorption reaches the ≥99% end of the curve.

For rooftops and low headroom — same packing duty laid flat, easy inline connection to duct runs.

Dual-liquor design that handles mixed acid + alkali exhaust from multi-process workshops.

Venturi pre-scrubbers for sticky/particulate-laden gas, desulfurization towers, and bio-trickling odor units.
Corrosive exhaust enters tangentially or through a distribution section, rises through one or more packed beds, and meets recirculating scrubbing liquor sprayed from non-clog nozzles above each bed. Soluble gases transfer into the liquid film on the packing surface; a final demister strips entrained droplets before the cleaned air leaves to the fan and stack. pH-controlled dosing keeps the liquor reactive, and a small bleed stream goes to your effluent plant.
Electroplating and anodizing lines, PCB etching and regeneration, steel pickling, battery and PV wet processes, laboratory fume systems, fertilizer and chemical dosing plants, and wastewater odor control. See industries we serve for typical flow schemes, or the matching corrosion-resistant fans and PP ducting that complete the system.
We guarantee the design removal efficiency for the pollutant loads you declare, and we put it in the contract together with the sizing basis. If you can send a recent stack test or process data, the guarantee gets tighter.
PP handles most acids, alkalis and salt solutions up to 60 °C — it is the standard for HCl, H₂SO₄ and NaOH service. For HF we use PPH or PVDF wetted parts; for solvents and oxidizers we check compatibility case by case and will tell you honestly if FRP or stainless suits better.
Towers up to container height ship in one piece; taller units are fabricated in flanged sections with numbered, gasketed joints and reassembled on site in hours. Packing media ships bagged inside the tower to save freight.
Three things: airflow (or duct size and fan data), the chemicals involved, and where the unit will stand (indoor/outdoor, headroom). Photos of the line help. With that we return sizing, a GA drawing and price within 12 working hours.
Either. Many customers buy the scrubber alone to replace a failed unit; many order the package — hoods, duct, scrubber, fan, stack and controls — as a turnkey fume extraction system.
Tell us airflow, chemicals and where the scrubber will stand. Within 12 working hours an engineer replies with tower sizing, packing selection, a general-arrangement drawing and the factory-direct price — FOB or CIF your port.
